At Your Fingertip.

At Our Fingertips.

Hi there everybody!

Wow, I can't believe it's been so long since I wrote here. This year has been pretty crazy all the way around and I hope you are all doing ok and hanging in there.

Putting on a big event at a home for women.

We were able to figure out a way to continue ministering in prisons, hospitals, veterans centers and homes for children by creating quality material which we donated and shipped. We created our show on video, and many states were able to play in for the whole state.

Many states and locations are open and we have also been putting on a lot of live events at schools, state fairs, prisons and homeless shelters as well as just working on the streets in Chicago, Denver, Phoenix and other cities.

We make up packets and fill trays to take to the homeless in most every city we visit. It seems like the amount of those who are going through hard times has increased a lot this year. Often if you tell your local grocery store that you are trying to help the needy, and ask for a discount to get some bulk items, they will help you out or give you stuff they can't sell, but that is still safe to eat. Jesus said what we do for the "least of our brothers" we do for Him. Mt.25:35

On Christmas we will be on a plane, flying to Brazil to continue to work with those who suffer there. Found real cheap tickets if you fly on Christmas, you know, on one of those planes that you have to hold your breath to fit in the seat. Like a bus, but thousands of feet above ground:) My luck, I'll end up sitting next to an eccentric old lady who has a peacock as an emotional support animal on her lap and won't stop talking while the peacock is squawking:):)!

But scrambling to pack and get ready as well as mailing out hundreds of DVDs with a special Christmas message we made for the incarcerated. So forgive the mistakes in this blog:)

As we travel and work in so many places, we often have to get our fingerprints taken. For visas, passports, and to enter correctional facilities. Sometimes the old school way with ink, and sometimes digitally, rolling your fingers on a screen until they register. But this last time as I was watching the screen read all the little lines and process them, it just hit me the phenomenal wonder that is, “right at our finger tip”.

All the millions and millions of different people, in different nations all around the world, and every single one of us has a different and unique fingerprint?!! Just think about that! No two are the same. There is no one like you in the entire world!

God, our precious Father, is so big, He ordered the tiny details that makes you you. He is that close and present to your life specifically. No matter how forgotten or alone you may feel at times, sometime, just study the lines on your finger. If God is in something so small, then surely, He is so big and so near, right at your fingertip. To call on Jesus, as an "ever present" help.

May the road rise up to meet you......

Merry Christmas to you:)!!! May you find a special moment in Jesus. To just mediate on that phenomenal night when God came to us. "The Word became flesh.." John 1. The Son became a slave, so that we, could no longer be called slave, but sons. Gal.4

Redemption was born. Hope dawned. A Son was given who would be called, Eternal Father (Is.9). Jesus. He did not come to be served, but to serve. Think on this. These thoughts that are noble, that are lovely, that are real. To imagine what is was like to be the Shepherds that saw Him. That as He lay in a manager, one day, He would hang from a cross, forever buying our freedom.

33 years He walked. Words spoken that no man has ever spoke or heard. He talked about His Father. About a Kingdom. About a world beyond this world. He was kind beyond measure, loved without limit and saw the invisible. Jesus. No one like Him. Never was, never will be. One name. One hope. Jesus

And a Happy New year to you. New in Him. To discover His new mercies, and new ways and new thoughts. New because we can always grow and change and become and that is the beauty of the Gospel. Lam.3:22

May the Lord Jesus bless you and keep you safe. If I could ever help you in some way, or if you would like to help us, we would greatly appreciate it. Please get in touch, whatwouldyoufightfor@yahoo.com
